This may sound stupid. However, I cannot find a curb idle adjustment screw on my carb. Do you set idle speed by adjusting the cable ? Am I just over looking some thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It doesn't sound stupid but it does seem odd. Could you maybe post a picture for us to look at if the previous post didn't help?

all holleys have an idle adjustment screw, near where you connect the cable,
on the primary (front ) carburetor shaft. on drivers side.

I received a response from Revi. Then looked again at my Carb. there was a screw hole with no screw. I believe it should be a 10-32 about 1 1/2 in long incased by a spring. I would like to thank every one for the help.

How is your car running at idle without that screw?
