I went there last year for my first time. Lots of parts. Some parts are used and some were "used". Printed material also avaible. Free vendor catalogs. Corvettes for sale. Seminars are held but I don't remember anything of value on Friday.
Parking in a grass field, next to the fair grounds, was $10 and admission was $10 for Friday. My son I walked the place all day Friday and got the parts we needed, and were very tired.
we'll be going this year as well for Friday only.

$10 per day for viewing. Hundreds of vendors (new and used parts); amazing car displays - themes based on eras, Chip's Choice, clubs, birds-of-a-feather, etc. 7,000 to 10,000 Corvettes all in one place.   http://www.carsatcarlisle.com/Corvette/corvette.htm
Do you love spending your day looking at, drooling over, taking pictures of and pleading with your wife about 7,000+ Corvettes. Do you think you'd like motoring around town where every corner brings dozens of additional Vettes; the hotel parking lots are full of Corvettes; the restaurants are full of Corvette people; they close down main street on Saturday evening and let the Corvettes take over.............and to top it all off, you get to talk to me.
Aight...my free passes came through, :yesnod: so we'll be heading up for Saturday. But I dont think I'll be taking my Vette up.....she was neglected for too long and I haven't had the time or money to take her up to something like this.....
