Horn Relay help needed!

Horn Relay help needed!
Please help me with proper connections for a horn relay for my 71. I think Bubba has me cross wired but I cannot find correct connection info on my wiring diagram or in AIM illustrations.
So I need some help form you guys to insure that I get the correct wires on the correct terminals.
The orange power wires are self evident and all connect to the same screw terminals.
The three remaining wires connect to three spade connectors. I have a dark green wire, a black wire and an orange w/black striped wire.
Can someone check and tell me which wire connects to which spade terminal?
