tachometer circuit board schematic
I burned out a zener diode on the back of my Tachs circuit board.Anyone have a schematic or know the values of the diodes/resisters etc.,please e-mail me ASAP.No fun tooling around with no Tach and Speedo in there. :(

the board that looks like a later shark??? sorta stop sign shaped???
it has a forward biased diode through a 180 ohm 1/2 watt carbon resistor to a zener, that is usually 12 volt...try 6 volt if it's not working...
other than that, there are two chips onthe board...one is actually an IC...looks like a quad op amp...the other is a resistor pack...white ceramic looking precision looking thing....no markings on either of them...mystery meat...
