Antenna Problem
I have a '79 that came with the factory CB. I've installed a new head unit and new "original style" power antenna as both the original CB and antenna had serious problems.
Hooked up the antenna cable and it did no good. Checked for continuity of the center conductor between the antenna and radio to find it open (ground OK).
There are two antenna cables in the console (different connectors) but only one at the antenna so I went searching to find a frequency splitter (I assume) behind the trim in the driver side of the storage area.
Opened the splitter and found that the center conductor of the cable leading from there to the head unit was broken.
I've searched to no avail to find a replacement cable but find only ones for fixed mast antennae. The connector is different on a power antenna.
Two questions:
Does anyone know a source for a full cable with the proper ends?
Does anyone know a source for the connectors themselves so I can make a cable?

most vendors sell a power antenna installation kit, with the cable.
