On my '73 Coupe (Auto Transmission, Power Windows), I am attempting to repair/make functional again, the Parking Brake Warning Light Circuit.
I've discovered why the BROWN wire from the Emergency Brake Switch is just laying there on the tunnel unconnected. It appears that an unprotected short had occurred in the circuit, and that this connector (Yellow Arrow) has a melted section on it (Yellow Circle).
My question is: Is this plug available from a vendor? Or, does anyone here have an old harness with this plug in good shape on it and willing to sell it to me?
No need, I kept looking all over the place... Everywhere... Can't believe I can't find one... guess why? They are already in inventory and on the site. Strange things happen when you check the the part, walked up to the bin and found them instantly... lol
BTW, I never mentioned it, but the hood's Air Induction System power is not working as well. According to schematics, this new plug may also repair this circuit too, as at least the system's solenoid does operate the induction door when power is applied to the harness connector near the hood hinge.

Thanks again.
