the 4" 7/8 BS will move the wheel closer to the trailing arms and the parking brake cables. Do you have stock trailing arms and have you relocated the parking brake cable?
I got a pm from a guy who said the 15x8.5 wheels with 3-5/16 BS will work? anybody run these with a 275/60/15? how far out of the fender do they stick out? why does this need to be this difficult.
Nobody ever ran this tire and wheel combo ever? lol ok.
My brother-in-law has them on his '68 Charger....
In all seriousness, the 8.5" wide, 3-5/16" bs wheel will stick out 1-3/16" relative to the stock wheel, according to my calculation. With the big & tall 275/60, you may have rub on the fender lip if the car is low enough.
The stock wheels are 15x8 with 4" back space the new ones are 15x8.5 with 3-5/8" BS. they push the wheel out further from the caliper so yes they will clear. Will post some pics as soon as the tires get here and i get them mounted.

Backspace is only one part of the equation in determining fitment, caliper clearance is highly dependent on the shape of the back of the wheel. It is possible to have the correct backspace and still not clear the caliper...
Will the Center Line wheels clear the brake caliper without using a spacer?
The wheel i have is a Centerline look alike. I fitted it to the car this afternoon, and it clears the caliper without issue. It will stick out the side of the car, but thats the look i am going for. i measured the inside of the wheel. and its 14.5" diameter
Got rears mounted and balanced. With new custom billet center caps made at local machine shop. I think they look great, chubby and stick out just the right amount. Now to find fronts that will work.
I like that look too. Old school all the way. Mine are Weld Drag lites, but they'll give you an idea of what the look I think you're going for will look like.
I'll never buy Centerlines or any riveted wheel again. My T-bucket had the same style you just bought, and both rear wheels made a loud "ticking" sound going down the road. I admit I bought the wheels used, but they had never been abused and were in perfect condition cosmetically. The noise got so bad over a period of a month or so, you could hear it half a block away. I finally realized the rivets were coming loose, and when I called Centerline, it was obvious they'd seen the problem before. The rep basically said tough sh*t, so I threw all four wheels in the trash and bought a new set of Weld Prostars. Just sayin...

What kind of spring pressures do you use to keep the tires from contacting the fender lips?
