Too much run-out

Too much run-out
This is my PS trailing arm. The DS went great with .003" of run-out with a .010 spacer. The passenger side has .015" of run-out with just the original spacer....(no additional spacer) I am using the set up tool from wilcox. Any ideas ? Do I grind the original .013"???? How do I do that?
I have replaced all the bearings and races. No grease

I read your post wrong the first time.
I had the same problem.....before you grind anything, double-check everything!
Did you spin the axle for a minute to work the grease into the bearings/then adjust the spindle nut again... the bearing should be set up first with no grease (I think).

Ok I am 100% dumb *ss....The .145" shim was stuck to bottom of the top bearing....I had disassembled and reassembled twice and it was hiding there just laughing at me..Dang my ineptness amazes me sometimes.
I now have .001" end play with the correct spacer.
