Default Where to install this piece?

When changing weatherstrip on my 72 convertible, I could not determine where these pieces (2 of them) go. I bought the car with bad weatherstripping and I don't recall removing old one's.
Does anyone know where on the car they should be installed?

I believe they go about 2/3rds of the way down on the rear of the door jambs. They are a bumper of some kind. I seem to recall my '71 having them but I left them off after I painted it because they seemed unnecessary.

Just looked at the car, and I still can't make out a mounting location for them in the spot you mentioned. Maybe the screw hole got covered or something.

If anyone has a picture that would be great.
BTW I did look on several Corvette sites that sold weatherstripping for pics or diagrams for where they go - but no luck.

They mount to the front lower edge of the top frame where the rear upper edge of the door closes. Sorry no photo.

Thanks. I just searched again to see if I could find it - and I just did. Came here to post the diagram - and I noticed that you had posted the proper location.
Thanks again for your help.

For anyone else interested: It's the 633014 Extension in the diagram.
