Hi
I have a 69 corvette stingray. My mechanic has been no longer lives with me so I am a single female and I just Skybird looks like transmission fluid and it's come to the sauce system. It's running well until last week when I garage. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have a 69 Corvette Stingray. My mechanic husband no longer lives with me, so I'm a single female and I just discovered what looks like transmission fluid, and it's coming out of the exhaust system(?). It's running well until last week, when it was garaged. Any ideas or suggestions?

Since she listed her location as USA, I'm sure she could find someone to help there. Any of you guys live near the USA who could maybe go have a look?
So something is leaking out of or off of the exhaust that is dark in color.
Since there is no mention of smoke (unless that is skybird) it's probably not leaking out of the exhaust.
So maybe something leaking off of the exhaust. Lets guess it's an auto trans (why not) and the rear seal is leaking and spraying fluid around and when she looks underneath it looks like it's dripping from the exhaust.
