Headlights
Both of my headlights pop up at the same time, but when I turn them off, the driver's side always goes down first. All the vacuum hoses seemed to be hooked up with no cracks. What do I need to do to get them both to go down at the same time?

What's the delay between left & right? As a matter of fact I'm amazed both go up at the same time. And you're lucky they go down at all!!! :smash:

Try swapping around the two headlight actuator relays. If this reverses what is happening then it's a relay. Not necessarily a bad relay, just a weaker one. The rubber diaphragms will break down with age until it will no longer function. Hope this helps. :)

Check the springs 4 on each headlight, my '72 had one fast and one slow. I was looking for adjuster and noticed 1 spring hanging down, found I was missing 3 and had 2 broke, so replaed all 8 and now they both jump up and down :yesnod:
