You may be alright don't panic I may of had a fluke transmission with a crack or????

After my fan ate the shroud i installed mounts with 1/4-20 bolts cut down and flush with the thin locknuts to hold the mount pieces together. Worked for me but i dont make big power with my Hechco in Mexico target crate motor.

Soild motor , rubber trans . On mine I sized 2 grade 8 bolts to the solid mount bolt holes and lightly cleaned the frame horn holes so the bolt and hole size have zero play and capped it off with a nylock .

I forget the size 7/16 or 1/2 inch . But my motor aint moving the slightest amount even if the nut fell off
