I have had a wandering issue since I installed the Borgeson box as well. I sent the box back to Borgeson and they checked it out and said it was in spec. I had the entire front end rebuilt and although it feels tighter, it still wanders and feel twitchy. When I installed the box, wheels were straight, the box was turned centered by finding the mid point in the overall movement. Did I not "center" the box?

I have been playing with this for a while but still have heaps to learn but the things that seem to be most important are...
- center the Borgeson box properly, I used a printed out dial gauge but u can feel it get tighter near center.
- Give it as much caster as possible - you should feel the wheel pull back to center by itself
- check the toe in of your trailing arms as they will cause all sorts of wander.
As to is yours centered properly I would suggest center box without the steering connected first so travel limits of the suspension don't give you a false center (my problem).
