I tried a couple different intercoolers but because of the limited space I just couldn't make it work well. A small intercooler is almost worse than no intercooler due to the restriction it creates. Ultimately I deleted the intercooler and just run it on low boost and E85. Its been fine that way for years now.

Thanks for the response. Thats similar to my thinking at this point except I'm not running E85. I'm going to heavily rely on the Water/meth for my cooling. I''m currently spraying a 5GPH nozzle right before the TB, I'm thinking of adding another nozzle at the turbo inlet. I'm in the same boat with 7psi boost to help keep the aluminum battwing rear alive.

If you're not running E85 then meth is a must, but if you're keeping the boost low it seems like you've got it covered. A big intercooler would be great but on these vettes when you open the hood, the tip of the hood protrudes down into the cavity in front of the radiator so it eats up the space where an intercooler would go. But I'm sure where there's a will, there's a way.
