Sorry folks. I know this is way off the subject but I know that there is someone out there that can help me.
I have a 1998 Lumina LTZ 3.8L and need to change the spark plugs......Sounds easy...... Yeah right ????!!! How the h*&^% do you get to the three plugs on the back side ?? :mad
I haven't done it but my brother in-law says you take the bolts out of thoses 2 front brakets (on the top and in the front of the engine compartment) and pull the engine toward you (it rotates) and then you can reach them.
I must give a disclaimer of "do it at your own risk for I never have done it".

Man, I must say this is one of the craziest things I've ever heard... Not saying it's wrong; it's just too funny! Modern cars...
i have a 96 lumina w/3.4. changed the plugs earlier this year. you have to take the intake manifold off. yes, you read right, to have to take it completely off. a real bear.....
btw, there is a forum for our daily drivers further down the list.
