Strange tire noise...
I have a noise that sounds like left front tire location...but sounds like a loose piece of plastic molding rattling in the wind. Goes away when I rotate that tire away. Also if the surface of the road is smooth, it makes no noise, but if the road is rough surface (not bumpy but just like a two day growth), the noise is there.
Two tire shops have put it up on the hoist and see nothing loose. But they both hear the noise. Not really expecting an answer, but ... maybe it's haunted? :crazy:

Try this...take your brake pads off and put some anti squeal compound on them. Let the compound 'stiffen up' before you put them back together. I had this problem on a chysler and this is what I found. Good luck
