after replacing wheel bearings and installing new ac delco rotors, the left front rotor is hard to turn, when I lossen the lower bolt to the caliper it turns free  the rotor did not go on the hub very easy, I wonder if the rotor is against the hub all the way. I may have to press the rotor to fully seat it against the hub, anyone have this problem. the wheel will turn when installed and the car does not pull. thanks

This sounds like one or more of the caliper pistons is frozen.
:seeya
I think Rusty75 might be on to something, the bearing races were pressed in with a press, and I have the rotors held on by lug nuts, I swapped the rotor, the hub and also the bracket that mounts the caliper also swapped brake pads, the caliper is the only caliper that I have not changed.. :smash: I changed both rear and right front last year, the caliper is the only thing left!!!! man this is getting expensive :cry thanks for advice, I'll let you know what happens next!!!!!!!!
:cry :cry :cry :cry
Butch you got more money than you know what to do with.
I am back from Japan.....I'll call you this weekend. I am not certain but I think there are two different lengths of bolts that hold the calipers on. I can't remember if it was the caliper bolts or the steering knuckle bolts when I did my front end rebuild. If it is the caliper bolts then it may be hitting the rotor a little after installation of the caliper. Look on the back side of the rotor to see if it has been scratched. Did you install the bearing races yourself???? I always put the races in the freezer for a day to shrink them down a little, that way you know that they seat really good when you install them.
