Default Header coating

Just wondering does the Ceramic coating on some headers keep the cockpit heat down from real experiences?

I have heard and read the ceramic coating makes a big difference in interior heat.

Radiated heat is lower in my opinion. I know that my side pipes are not as hot as the old chrome set I had. I plan to run regular headers and exhaust out the back and I will have them all Jet Hot coated, at least back to the axle.

I think the thing that did mine the most good was the metal stone guards that are under the floor pan and up the bottom part of the firewall with 3 Reflectix layers between them and the floorboard. I also have Reflectix under the carpet.

I'm putting Reflectix under the carpet for sure. Just trying to keep this one cooler so debating the headers.

I was also looking at those shorty headers but, I didn't want to hijack that other thread
