I just bought a 1980 Corvette with Electric windows but manual locks. The Driver Lock and Passenger lock work in the opposite direction. To lock the Driver's door while inside, you must "PULL" the lock up and away from where it goes into the armrest. On the Passenger side, you have to "PUSH" it in to Lock it. This doesn't seem correct. I have had the trim panel off and the linkages seem to be connected properly. Is it supposed to behave like this? If not any thoughts on how this could happen? I think they should both lock when you PUSH them in.
