IF it's over indicating now, the taller tire will give you more diameter and make the car faster for any given tire revolution...all the speedo really does is measure the driveshaft revolutions, and with proper gears in place, that is relative to speed.....
so if your speedo is under indicating, taller tires will make it even more so...
