Rear rotor runout - shims

A few years ago I installed the VBP Performance Plus Suspension package with new rear ( rebuilt )
Spindles and new disc brake rotors. I tried for weeks to cure my run out. Got it within .003 Never got rid of it and the result was every month or so I would have to bleed my system because of low pedal. As the Rotor rotates it sucks in air. I went thru this for a year or so and I got tired of doing it. Someone on the site suggested
Changing to. " O " rings and get rid of my old lip seals in the brake calipers.
Its been two years now that I changed them ,and I have yet to bleed them after the change. Plus I have a much better brake pedal with the O rings.
