My 78 has an issue with brakes. When slowing, they are fine. But when trying to stop quickly, the front end pulls to left (driver side). Have had brakes checked, brakes lines bled, and both calipers replaced. Seemed to fix problem but then less than 100 miles and its back.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi and Welcome!
#1 Try bleeding the brakes again and if the problem returns check for rotor run-out.
Pulling left could mean that the right side is not working properly.
#2 What is the condition of all the front end parts.
Have the control arm bushings ever been changed?
Age of the ball joints and tie rod ends?
Have you replaced the brake hoses? A collapsing brake hose could be causing this. I had the same problem on my '91 Z28 and replacing the hose and rebleeding the lines solved the problem. Should have done both at once but didn't.
Check out the power steering control valve, it needed adjustment on my car. I barely noticed a pull to the left when driving, but it was much more noticeable when I hit the brakes. I did the same drill as you by first looking for a brake problem. Just something to keep in mind if you don't find obvious brake issues.
I had the same problem and I replaced the rubber lines and rebuilt the calipers. The car pulled to the left. The front right caliper had a lot of gunk in it and one of the pistons seemed to stick a little bit. The brakes worked just fine when I was finished.
