I'm hoping this is just an exhaust leak and not an engine knock. It sounds almost like a metallic sound. I would definitely appreciate any opinions. Sorry for the video orientation
Without better sound; I vote for exhaust leak.
Get a short length of water hose, hold one end up to your ear, and pass the other around the motor until you find the source.

I would put my money on valve train, but I learned long ago you can't trust even an educated guess when listening to an engine noise like this. I've been fooled too many times. A good stethoscope or the rubber hose trick is necessary to isolate it.
Just to update everyone and provide valuable information - It turned out to be a header exhaust leak. I took them off, removed the rubber gasket, and used a solid copper gasket purchased from summit. No more leaks! No more sound!
