Also, make sure to follow the bleeding pattern (I think it's driver's side rear, passenger rear, passenger front, driver front, but you might want to look it up). I am A.S.E. Certified in brakes and on C-3 brakes I don't like to pump them. The way I do it is have one person open the bleeder and the other person pushes the pedal "once" to the floor. Then reclose the bleeder and let the pedal up slowly. When you pump the pedal vigorously or more than once it's easier to cavitate air in the master. I've never had a problem getting a pedal on any of the C-3's I've done. P.S. I like the P.V.C. pipe on the pedal, that's a good idea! :cheers:
