Default Aftermarket wheels, again

I am still fighting a losing battle against my wheels. I sort of like them, can't afford to replace them, and can't make them look good. They are textured aluminum "western wheels". This company has since changed it's name and no longer makes the style I have.
#1- center caps. I have one on the car, one in my basement. I would rather have four, all on the car. They are about the size of a large coffee mug (minus handle). At pepboys I found that American Racing wheels sometimes use the same size of cap. Before I buy them from pepboys, I was wondering if there are any online sources with a better selection. Every wheel site I have seen so far wants to know make/model before I can see what they sell. Anyone know of any?
#2- dirt. I have tried everything. Having them dipped or blasted would cost more than used rallies. Is there any chance paint would stick even though I can't get the surface completely clean? Is it worth trying?
I feel better having just vented
