HEADLIGHT Actuator Rear Link FIX
Swivel Arm fix / Headlight Actuator Rear Link / Pivot, it was broken where the rod end from the canister attaches = the Headlight Actuator Rear Link / Pivot. The local Corvette shop said it's not available and I was intending to go to the cruse night.
I will return after dark so a fix was in order.
I did the same thing to the support arm for the Windshield wiper door last fall, it works flawlessly as well.
When I take the 71 apart in the fall to paint it I will probably replace the parts.
But if you need a quick fix : hard bronze/brass; 8-32 screws; tap and dye; drill bit and it's as good as new. On the wiper door I used 5-32 screws - Allen for strength.
P.S. it's not NCRS...

Nice repair work, it'll probably last you a life time. But... You might tell your local shop the new part is available for 28.83.
