Default 73 Flickering Courtesy/Interior Lights?

My interior courtesy and rear compartment lights just started to flicker with engine running. Headlights/tail lights and instrument panel lights do not. I'm thinking its a ground issue, but not exactly sure where to check first.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Check your door jam wiring connectors are fragile and the switches themselves provide the ground. Unique pins for the switches...apparently made of gold based upon the price.

That's what I was thinking , as a possible cause. I noticed a flicker of the door ajar dash light when I turned into my driveway the other day. I replaced my switches with new last year to get my alarm system to work properly. There are three wires on the 73. Two go to the switch, and the third (ground wire) attaches to the switch mounting plate. I enlarged the hole inside the access panel to make it easier to get to the switch.
You are correct about the cost, if you want to replace with OEM switches with the "SX" stamped on the pin.
