Default complex electrical issue or not

Just bought a 75 Coupe that has a few electrical problems. The gauges dont work except the voltage gauge.......The tach doesnt work..... The headlight switch makes a loud humming noise when reostat is turned.... The power windows do not operate. I checked the fuse { I think } and have ordered a new relay from Summit....Is there a fuse for the Tach? Or the gauges ?
The original owner put an alarm system in it, that I would like to remove, but I dont know yet what they hacked into to It has a kill switch mode. ALPINE brand...Should I go to Car Toys to get them to remove it?
Thanks for any clues

For your own sanity, buy a new harness. Aftermarket alarm systems are a bear to remove, let alone repair the harness. There is a fuse for guages. Right next to the IGN terminal on the fuse block if I remember right. If your running HEI then just check the green wire from distributor to the back of tach.
