Dash wire routing question
I am just about to install my dash and I'm a little confused as to the proper routing the the dash harness on my '73. There are two angled brackets on the drivers side that run from the birdcage to the same mounting point on the large cast iron column mount bracket. Does the dash harness go under, above or thru these support bars? Also I'm a little stumped on the column harness. It seems to fit the best if it is routed between the column and the support bracket. But I think it is supposed to route on the passenger side of the bracket. Is that correct and if so does it then route under or over the column to attached to the column connectors? The AIM doesn't provide much detail on the route.
