Yet another quadrajet rebuild question.
I know, I'm an idiot. :rolleyes: I found this gasket in the basket of my carb soak can. I thought, for sure, that I stripped all parts befor soaking anything. I can't figure out where it goes. I have two new ones in my kit. The shiny thing is a dime for scale. Can anyone tell me where this may have come from? Thanks!

I'm looking at the exploded diagram in Doug Roe's book(p. 67 if you have it) I wonder if it's the pump stem seal for the accelerator pump? (part # 68).
