Default 1976 Radiator help

Hey fellas I need some help... I am in the process of replacing my radiator due to a major leak. The new radiator did not come with new inlet and outlet transmisson pipes. So i figured id just reuse the ones from my old radiator .....

THOSE THINGS ARE STUCK TIGHT !

so i moved on to the alternative seeing if a shop can take them off ... the shop guy said he would have to heat up the bolts then he'd be able to take them off .. but said it would have to wait till monday

So i started thinking ill just see if o'reillys has these transmisson pipes... they didnt but a worker suggested using brake lines and just having them cut and bent to the original shape..

my qestions are:

any input on how to remove the old transmisson pipes?

or using a brake line swap? - concerned the ends wont be an exact match to the original as the original ends are wider and have a ridge to lock the hose clamp.

or shall i just shut up and ordering the transmission pipes from ecklers.. ?

I am itching to get this thing on the road .. just one of those things you start and waiting a week feels like an eternity .. pics to come

Just thinking about a good hardware store that would have an inverted flare fitting and then thread an NPT hose barb into the inverted flare adapter just to get it on the road. But, those fittings are not the cheapest, I wouldn't buy them and also order the Eckler fitting both.

use a line wrench, and lean on the old fittings, use cheater extension if needed.
your not gonna hurt the old radiator. Leverage is your friend ! ... cost Zero !
can't believe the radiator shop blew you off, for a 5 minute job.

If you have a torch, heat them up first.
