Default harmonic balancer/mix and match ?
Will the harmonic balancer from a 1981 350, 4 bolt main, work on a 1990 350 ,2 bolt main? I'm getting ready to build a motor and need to know if they are interchangeable. If not I'll need to order one and want to get it all shipped at the same time.

I think most SBC 350's use a 6.5" balancer. I know the 400's have an 8" balancer. But, this is what I "think", don't hold me to it.

The balancers are interchangable as long as the correct timing point is used with it.
