I have a 1975 which was given to me about 8 years ago. Not sure how much has been done to the car, but the body has been replaced with what looks like a 1980. It's been sitting in my garage unregistered since that time. Well, most of that time anyway... we did put new tires on it and did a basic tuneup, which of course warranted and "trip around town". You know, to test things out? LOL.
Anyway, the biggest issue I have now that I'm trying to get it "legal" is a hard pull ( to the left) under hard braking. I did a "gravity bleed" on the front discs last night. But it made know difference. I did notice that the right caliper did not bleed near a fast as the left one.
I am fairly mechanically inclined having been and aircraft maint. person in the Air Force some years ago. but I'm not familiar with the Corvette.
If you car has been sitting for a while is is highly likley that your calipers may be stuck.
You can test that real easy by jacking the car up, spinning the tire and hitting the brake. If it stops instantly, you have a great set. If the wheel continues to spin or drags slowly to a stop you have issues.
Sitting that long, I recommend full on, going over all your braking system.
If you can make sure that all four are unstuck, I'd look at giving all four brakes a proper bleeding using new fluid. Start passenger rear, then driver rear, passenger front and finally the driver front.

Hi and welcome!
Just plan on replacing all four calipers and the rubber hoses.
After sitting for so many years if a caliper isn't leaking today, it soon will be.
On the rear there are two bleeders on each caliper, bleed the inners first then the outers.
If the master cyl is rusted up inside . I've seen lines completely rusted shut with no fluid dripping out the bleeders . So much rust and garbage packed the lines
