Default Fuel pump wiring troubleshooting help

So yesderday started my 82 vet cfi started fine ran good then moved it just died out i taught it was a faulty fuel pump but its not
Fuse box fuel pump fuse it self fine not cracked or poped but does not get any power to either side of terminal
Fuel pump relay the one in battey box getting power to the orange wire but the others nothing
Ecm fuse ok
Injectors getting power and fuses ok
The pump if i run power and ground i can hear it turn on but even doin the bypass still not pushing fuel

the old 82 pumps were not very good when they were new. replace with 85-87 pump .If there is no fuel coming out at the fuel filter ,then the pump is bad or the pump sock is plugged.,

Goin to get a 85 pump New fuel relay and oil pressure switch then c if i have power at the fise panel becuase ik not getting anyt

Put the oilpressure switch still nothing only getting power to orange wire on relay nothing else no power is there a way to test the relay also got the new 85 but didnt install yet still no power to the fuse panel

You don't say if you got any codes or not, but there are some procedures on page 6E-24 of your Service Manual you can use to troubleshoot the fuel pump relay and associated circuits. It should help find the missing 12 volts.

No code just died one time will look at the page but so far no power to fuse panel but getting power to the relay

Check the fuse in the battery compartment. Might be blown.

By doin this i have power all the way to the fuel pump and turns on but nothing comin out at tbs i didnt install the new pump yet but the old one turns on so is this relay no good

If i turn key after couple second it gets power from white and tan to red so relay good then cranking engine after couple seconds the fuse panel gets power but still no fuel will install new pump and c if that makes a difference
