Default Troubleshooting, common denominator?

Hey all!
Trying to get to the bottom of some of the issues with this new project.
I've had my '76 about a month, and spent some time under the hood the last few days.

My top 5 issues are:
-Windshield Wipers do not work (switch does nothing, no power to motor)
-A/C does not work (controls do nothing, no power to compressor)
-Fan/Blower does not work (controls do nothing)
-Horn does not work (no power to horns)
-Radio does not work (controls do nothing)

I'm wondering if there is a common denominator linking these issues to one problem (electrical?), or if they are all individual unrelated problems.
I've checked the fuses and they look ok.
Spent a lot of time poking around with a meter and came to no conclusions. Before I start buying parts, does anyone have any ideas on what may be going on here?

Thanks!!!

Sounds like a grounding problem. Have you checked?

I haven't specifically checked for grounding.

All the dash lights work, the key buzzer works, the headlight buzzer works... is it a separate ground for each item, or a common ground for hat group of items?

most circuits have their own ground wire that usually is screwed to the frame, engine or birdcage/body. Then the engine grounds to the frame and metal body parts grounds to the frame, the battery is grounded to the frame also to complete the circuits for everything. So having a bad or missing ground can cause several problems...and fyi there arent enough grounds from the factory anyway. The dash lights can be working because they are find a ground by running the entire circuit through the car to 1 parking light that has a ground.

Check at the starter area, there should be a small black wire bolted to the bell housing bolt, some people mistakenly attach it to the battery lug of the starter. That ground wire grounds the wiper motor and blower motor.
