I don't have any specifics, but definitely look in the area of photography
supplies.
Alternatively, take a nice picture of it at highest resolution - or scan -
and have a new one printed (or print it yourself). Most photo places that
will print your digital file - will do so on dye-sublimation printers. These
prints usually have a clear UV protectant coating printed on top. They are
typically fade resistant and waterproof. I have a dye-sub at home, and
the prints can be covered with mustard and simply rinsed off with water.
The only issue will be the size - typically limited to 11"x17".
Given the size discrepency, the spray on protectant sounds the best,
but I'd practice on a similar material.
