Sorry to hear that. :( You have put a lot of work into making that a sweet 1980. I just sent the for sale link to a buddy of mine and he might be interested. I know he would take care of it. :) Good luck with your education, that is a very important thing to have. :yesnod:
I sold my '72 Chevelle SS, that I had painstakingly restored, while I was in school, thinking I could replace it after I graduated. Wrong! I would have a very difficult time finding another Chevelle with the same option package and in similiar condition. Prices have about tripled as well. It took me another 10 years before I bought my Vette. There always seems to be something more important. Keep it if you can. You will have a hard time replacing that car.
Sad, but gotta do what ya gotta do (good english hun). It's good that you'll still have vet(s) to drive, actually now I feel sorry for myself with only one. :(
By the way the important thing is education and and when your done you'll be able to afford a better vet :yesnod: and be able to do what you want for a living.
Also when I went back to college I didn't and never had a vet, but was going to reward myself with one when I got done. It was quite a motivator when studing for those test and giving up the social life. Good luck :)
That's a real bummer Jenny. I hope you will be able to afford another one soon. Hit those books hard, that is what is most important. Once you have school behind you the diploma won't cost you anymore but it will make you plenty more money. Don't forget to stay involved here, you have some good experience that will help others.
