not according to ac delco website. That filter fits a bunch of cars, 1975 - 2001. They have a "search by part#" feature: Type in the part # and it gives you all the models/years the part works for. MJ
Doubt it. That's a C5 filter (but you already knew that :D ). I've mostly used Mobil1 or K&N's in everything for the last few years and have been very satisfied. Right now though, the best deals out there are at K-mart. Many stores are closing altogether, and others are drastically reducing inventory. Among the items being dumped chainwide are AC-Delco, Castrol, and Penske oil filters. BTW, the Castrol's and Penske's are both actually manufactured by Wix so they're not off-brand crap.
Availability will vary, but at the Chico, CA store I picked up a total of 2 dozen filters for both the C3 (Delco PF25 and the longer PF35) and my Tundra P/U for an average price of $1.18.
I had been using the Fram filters, then I read a thread here on the forum comparing many brands of oil filters, and the Fram was one of the worst. So, I went to Autozone seeing that it was close to oil change time anyway. I wanted to get the K&N gold filter, but they didn't have them in stock, so I got the Mobil 1 filter instead which is also supposed to be very good. It's a little expensive at $12, and the K&N I think is $10, but good products are never cheap.
