replace front bumper on 73 vette
hello, i need to replace the front bumper on my 73 and i see them for sale on ebay for around $160.00. i was wondering if anybody has used these fiberglass replacements and had any problems with repainting them. and how they fit? thanks again forum................

If I had to rank them ,fiberglass would be at the bottom .They are the cheapest but the cost dont out weigh the labor involved in making them fit good .True flex is the best for a drver because they fit pretty good and they wont get wavy like the originals.The urethane originals are good because they usually have an excellent fit but after normal everyday use they get wavy and warped. :yesnod: :yesnod: :seeya :seeya

When I bought my 73 project car it came with a new fiberglass front bumper. I should have thrown it away and bought a true flex because I must have spent 20 hours to get it to fit to my satisfaction. It looks great now but they sure are alot of work. Craig
