Crankshaft sprocket install
Is installing the crankshaft sprocket pretty straight forward or do you need a special tool?
Thanks

Same concept, I put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. They easily slip right on with no pounding required.

I put the sprocket in a vise and drive the crank onto it with a sledge hammer. Hah, just kidding.
Actually, the heating method works awesome. You can also gently tap it on using a brass drift and tapping in a crossing pattern. There is a special tool that
http://www.powerhouseproducts.com sells, it also works for installing harmonic balancers, very useful.
Nice picture Fevre.
