Default Header Question

If I put a set of headers on my '75 stock 350 will I have to disable or do away with my heat riser valve? I am still toying with putting sidepipes on and I would like to see what all of this entails.

Ron. Your heat riser will be history. If your going for sidepipes make sure you get headers made for sidepipes. Like anything, do your homework.

Yes you will lose your heat riser. Your engine "may" take a little longer to warm up. If you don't have to worry about smog you can install a electric choke.
