Default New Old stock oil sensor

I was looking at replacing my oil sensor on my 1979 Vette. On ebay I see some new parts that are old stock, wanted to know if those are ok to use or if there are internals in the part that would have worn out even though they have never been used. Appreciate any feedback. See part on ebay below

New Old Stock is an item that is brand new it just never got sold. It should be fine to use.

I went to the Rock Auto Parts website and found a number of different brands listed. Including AC/Delco.
I'm curious why you are set on the one on ebay?
