Body Mount Locations
I'm looking through the AIM for my 81' and it shows 8 locations, but while I was removing them I see what appears to be another body mount at the front of the car. Is this correct? Are there any other locations that are not listed in the AIM? :confused:

There should be 8 - on all C3s. I've never done an 80-82, but the body
mount kits are listed as 73-82. Taking these 8 bolts out does not free the
body from the frame. There are many more little things that need to be
undone.
Perhaps you are referring to the front frame extension that the bumper
hardware mounts to. It is connected to the front frame horns with
three bolts on each side. One is "hidden" - unless you take the bumper
brackets off.

i have taken my 77 of the frame. there is a lot of little stuff by the nose that needs to be done.
