Roller Rocker adjustment help
My engine makes a lot of noise during idle. It kinda sounds like a rod knock but is coming from the valvetrain area. It has been making this noise ever since I go the car (5000 miles ago) but I'm getting tired of people asking what "that" noise is. I have a roller cam and roller rockers. How do I adjust them? (If that really is where the noise is coming from) This is the first roller cam I've ever owned and not sure if there is anything different I need to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a mechanic roller cam setup or do you have Hydralic rollers?The hydra rollers can make som noice at idle,and then silence up when they pump up.

Is engine damage occuring when the engine is idling and the lifters are making noise?
