Pitman arm bolt size
Anybody know what size the huge bolt that holds the pitman arm is? I was going to drop by the hardware store after work to see if I can find a socket to fit it but I forgot it at home. All I know is its bigger then 1 1/4.

:yesnod: 1 and 5/16 :yesnod: Atleast that's what it is on my '79. I could only find it in a 3/4" drive, so a had to buy an adapter for the 1/2" drive impact wrench :yesnod: :smash: :smash: Hope this helps :seeya

Thanks that sounds right to me. I seem to be accumulating a lot of one time use tools. :crazy:

You got that right! I put all my receipts in a folder and I've been way too scared to even look through them. Its a thick folder now too.
