I am trying to find an adapter to make a 90° (a 45° would work also) turn at the radiator trans cooler inlet. I'm using flexible braided trans lines and the top one hits the upper control arm. Does anyone have any ideas where I might find something like this? I have spent a lot of time in Home Depot, Lowes & Ace Hardware trying to cobble something together but have been unsuccessful. I really didn't think it would be this hard
I might have one. I removed my auto when I swapped it for the four speed and I think I still have the elbow. Let me check tonight and I'll let you know.

instead of hardware or home improvement stores, try an auto parts store. they will have what you need.
I originally started at a Pep Boys, but there selection was poor at best. I just figured a home improvement store would be best. I will stop by Advance Auto & O'Reilly's on the way home today.
pep boys and o'reilley's suck. hit an autozone or napa, or a parts plus if you have one around your way, or better yet a mom and pop or hotrod type shop. if you get a dumb kid behind the counter, have him look in the break line section, or the fuel line section. they should even stock the short pieces as pictured above, and you can use a compression fitting to join the lines if needed (tranny pressure is fine to use a compression fitting with).
