Default Exhaust manifolds

I got 2 sets of exhaust manifolds with my 74, both sets are 3932461 w/o A.I.R. holes. Can any one tell me if the correct set has 2 small squares cast in to it ,or with out them ? Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "2 small squares cast in to it". A picture might help.

The "461" manifolds were used as a left side manifold on all 72 350's, and as both the left and right manifold for all 73-80 Corvettes, with a 350. The 461 was made with and without A.I.R. holes.

There should be a casting date on the manifolds, usually on the back side, that would help authenticate them for your car.

The casting date is day and month no year. I am working on pics, 1 set has 3/4 x 3/4 squares above the machined spots for the A.I.R. holes. I have them on a 76, but not sure there right for my 74
