I'm with the others. To me, the 2nd one does not look like it would have the right grip for a spirited driving session. (Or even be comfortable for relaxed driving.)
I like wheels that have comfortables grips at 9 and 3.
When the sun in behind you, you're just going to love how the reflection in all that chrome makes your eyes snap closed. Chrome steering wheels aren't commonly used in racing....so why would you want to put one on your Corvette. Check out MoMo.....or anything else that isn't a mirror.

Ive never had a problem with refelection off the steering wheel... but maybe its because i always have it tilted so its facing my chest... you make and interesting point and it is dually noted, but due to the fact that lose wheels Kick Ace!, i dont care. thanks for pointing out that i may be shined in the face, but if i am ill adjust the tilt. and i dont think i will be racing my vette competitively next season, but if i do, i probably will chage back to stock (or since its billet i could paint it black) for your exact reason.
I like the first one better. Can you make the telescoping function work with an aftermarket steering wheel like that or ar you gonna lock it in one position for good???
