Default Handling Question 1978

Hello everyone. This is my first Corvette so please bear with me and tell me if this is something that is just a thing with Corvettes or if I have an issue. When I'm driving and either decelerate or accelerate the car swerves. I can best describe it as the way that it feels when your tire is it in grooved pavement, especially on a motorcycle. Again, is this something that 78 Vettes just "do" or do I need to take it and have a suspension/alignment guy look at it? Thanks in advance

Default Hi and welcome!

The symptoms you describe can be caused by worn trailing arm bushings.
Also, check that the shims are all in place and tight.

The rear T/A's are worn, or out of alignment.
