Oil Pressure and Ammeter not working 1980 C3
Bought the car used not long ago (early Jan. 2017), and I believe all the gauges were working when we got it.
Now, the temp gauge reads just over 100 degrees when engine is warmed up and ammeter has NO reading.
All other gauges work.
Where to start on these? And I am NOT a mechanic! Car has 87k miles on the odometer.
Any ideas appreciated!

I'd pull the center gauge cluster and take a look at the PCB on the back.. In most cases the fingers where the cluster plugs into it... will be loose and possibly touching something.
You can verify if the temp gauge is working correctly by pulling the wire off the sender... if you do this the temp gauge should go to cool.. Then ground out the wire to the engine and the gauge should peg hot... If you do this and the gauge doesn't respond accordingly then you have an issue with either the pcb or the gauge... If you do this and the gauge responds as posted above then you have an issue in sending unit.
There is a ton of info on this on our tech site.. go to this link: http://repairs.willcoxcorvette.com/ then enter your year.. and search gauge. http://repairs.willcoxcorvette.com/?yt=1980&s=gauge
